Kimberly A. Foy



Kim Foy brings with her extensive experience litigating all aspects of CEQA and related environmental and land use laws. Kim’s practice focuses on assisting with the preparation and review of environmental impact reports and other documents in compliance with CEQA and NEPA. She routinely addresses matters related to noise, air quality, water quality, traffic, and biological resources in environmental and technical studies.

Prior to joining the firm, Kim was a partner in her environmental law practice and represented clients on a variety of large- and small- scale land use projects throughout Southern California. Her work experience includes managing long-term policy planning and administrative advocacy for clients, as well as extensive experience drafting successful legal briefs and representing clients in legal challenges involving CEQA, NEPA, the Planning and Zoning Law, Brown Act, Subdivision Map Act, Endangered Species Act, Public Records Act, and municipal law.
